Under Water Tiles

By using this tutorial you agree to my terms

I love making background tiles. When I get bored with nothing to do I make tiles. LOL

For this tutorial you will need  Super BladePro to get the demo go here.

Paint Shop Pro you can get the demo here.

The preset I used you can get here.

You will need the Simple filter Quick tile.

Open transparent image 200X200. Flood fill with white. Apply the Under the Sea preset. Change the shape setting to it is the last one on the setting list. Make a duplicate  (shift+D) of this tile we will use it later to make more from it.

Add new layer and flood fill with #6A8CAF. Click on the layers palette change the properties to multiply and lower the opacity to 50.  Merge the two layers visible.  Apply the simple filter quick tile. There you have your first tile.

Take the duplicate tile you made add new layer flood fill with same color #6A8CAF. Lower the opacity to 75% do not change the layer properties keep them set at normal. Merge the two layers. Apply the simple filter quick tile and you have your second tile.

Play around with the setting and play with different bladepro presets and you never know what you will come up with.

Just some examples of other tiles when you use different colors for the top layer. I added green to the right one, white to middle, and light blue to the left one.

Have fun most of all
