Feel free to use your own colors for this. Also feel free to make your own vectors. Make them any way you want. This is just how I make them and you can do them your way.

You will need my selections here. The dress fill is in there too.

For this tutorial you will need Eye Candy 4000 and Jasc PSP

We will be using the same cut out settings for most of the tutorial. The blur will change from time to time but I will tell you when.

vertical 0 opacity 63

horizontal 0 blur 25

We will lock the layer transparency before we apply the cut out. That way we don't have to add a layer for the cut out. Click the lock on the right to lock it.

1. Open transparent image 535X725.

2. Open selection right leg, flood fill with FBDCC5. De-select. Lock the transparency and apply cut out shadow color 906F56. Apply 2% noise.

3. Add new layer repeat for left leg selection.

4. Add new layer, open neck selection. Do same as you did for legs.

5. Add new layer, open right shoe selection flood fill with black. Apply eye candy bevel boss using these settings.

6. Do the same for left shoe.

7. Add new layer, open selection for dress and flood fill with dress tile scale 50% angle 0. De-select Lock the transparency, open dress shadow selection apply to same layer, flood fill with # 97A38B. Apply cut out change opacity to 100 and blur to 50 using same color.

8. Add new layer. Open selection waist band. Flood fill with lace tile, 50% scale, angle 0. De-select Lock the transparency, apply cut out change opacity to 63, blur 25, color DED5CB. Hold down the Ctrl key then hit A then F keys to select the band. Add new layer. Apply drop shadow vertical 0, horizontal 0, opacity 50, blur 10, color black. Move the shadow layer below the waist band layer. Use eraser tool to eraser the sides only of the shadow.

9. Add new layer. Open selection bow 6, flood file with lace tile. De-select. Lock the transparency, apply cut out opacity 100, blur 10. Select bow layer as before (ctrl+a. f ) Add new layer and apply drop shadow change opacity to 30, blur to 10. De-select erase around the out side edge of bow.

10. Add new layer. Open selection bow 5, flood file with lace tile. De-select. Lock the transparency, apply cut out opacity 100, blur 10. Apply drop shadow same drop shadow. Do the same for bow layers 1,2,3,4,and 7. You may merge visible the bow layers if you wish.

11. Add new layer. Open selection bowl. Flood fill with white. Apply the Eye Candy chrome with the Silver setting. Do the same for the spoon.

12. For the curds and whey in her bowl. I just used the air brush to make a dot at about 20 size. Then used the eye candy jiggle on it, added a drop shadow. Duplicated layer to make mush. LOL

13. Add new layer. Open selection right arm. Do the same as you did for the right leg, just change the blur to 20. Select all, add new layer to add some high lights. I used the draw tool set at one to draw a line in the crease of her arm and for the fingers. Then blur at 1.

14. Do the same for the left arm.

15. Add new layer, open selection right sleeve trim. Flood fill with lace tile. Do the same as you did for the waist band in #7. Do the same for left sleeve trim.

16. Add new layer, open selection for right sleeve and flood fill with dress tile scale 50% angle 0. De-select Lock the transparency, open sleeve shadow selection apply to same layer, flood fill with # 97A38B. Apply cut out change opacity to 100 and blur to 40 using same color. Do the same for left sleeve.

17. Add new layer, open collar selection. Flood fill with lace tile. Lock transparency. Apply cut out settings opacity 63, blur 20 color DED5CB. On same layer open collar shadows selection. Colors/adjust/brightness -40, contrast 0. Select collar and add new layer. Apply drop shadow vertical 0, horizontal 0, opacity 30, blur 10. Erase top edges on shoulder. Move shadow layer under collar.

18. Add new layer, open head selection. Flood fill with FBDCC5. De-select. Lock the transparency and apply cut out shadow color 906F56. Open tube of face and copy and paste as new layer. Feel free to draw your own face.

19. Now for the fun part. Making the hair. I love doing this part cause every ones hair will be different. Pick your hair color, use air brush with these setting. Round, size 23, hardness 50, opacity 54, step 25, density 100. Click on the neck layer then add new layer. Spray around out line of head. Gaussian blur at 2. Apply eye candy fur using the little brown tuffs settings. I play with those setting until I get the curl and length I want. You can change the colors and do what ever you want. When you are done with the back click on top layer. Add new layer, this is for the front part of the hair. Spray around face and bang areas. Apply fur settings.

20. Add new layer, open hat selection. Flood fill with dress tile. Lock the transparency, apply cut out. opacity 100, blur 20.

21. Add new layer, open hat ruffle selection. Flood fill with lace tile. On same layer open hat ruffle shadow. Apply Colors/adjust/brightness -40, contrast 0. Lock transparency. Apply cut out settings opacity 63, blur 20 color DED5CB. Select ruffle and add new layer. Apply drop shadow vertical 0, horizontal 0, opacity 30, blur 10. Erase edges on the out side edges. Move shadow layer under ruffle.

22. Add new layer, open selection hat bow 1. Flood fill with BA857C, lock transparency. Apply cut out settings change the blur to 10. Unlock transparency and apply drop shadow. vertical 0, horizontal 0, opacity 30, blur 10. Repeat this for each remaining hat bow layers.

All that is left is a few individual touches. For the shoe straps I used bezier curve set at 2. For the fingers it was set at 1 then blur of 1.
