You can get my selections here. You can get Blade Pro here .I used Blade Pro presets from Purrcat Designs . She has graciously given permission to add her link so you all may have them too. Thanks Jan. The font I used is Tropicana and can be found here.

Each time we open a New Selection we will add new layer.

1.Open transparent image 450X450. Add new layer. Open Selection Back flood fill with color of your choice. I used #A20303 Deselect.

2. Set color foreground to white. Open Selection, Bottom back trim, flood fill with white. Open Blade Pro and apply  JLbamboo. Deselect

3. Selection/Top back trim, do same as above.

4. Selection/Bottom trim, do same as 2. Only change preset to JLpearlwhite.

5. Selection/Top trim, do same as 4.

6. Selection/Top base, flood fill with #444571. Deselect.

7.Selection/Top rim, flood fill with white,  Apply Blade Pro JLgold Deselect.

8.Selection/Bottom rim,  do same as 7.

9.Selection/Top base2, flood fill with white, Apply Blade Pro JLbamboo, Deselect.

10. Now apply the font Tropicana set at 36 stroke at nil, fill set to white, antialias checked, floating checked. Apply Blade Pro JLbamboo.

11. Apply Drop Shadow to the layers. Some I added it to and some I didn't. Now Duplicate font layer and move it where you want it.
